3.3 Bloggers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright laws.
3.4 Bloggers are responsible for ensuring that the content of their blog is appropriate and does not violate any laws or regulations.
Advertisers
4.1 AutoPaid.co.uk provides a platform for advertisers to place advertisements on bloggers’ sites.
4.2 Advertisers are responsible for creating their own advertisements and ensuring that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright laws.
4.3 Advertisers agree to pay the fees associated with placing advertisements on bloggers’ sites.
4.4 Advertisers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
Payment
5.1 AutoPaid.co.uk will pay bloggers for the advertisements placed on their site.
5.2 Payments will be made on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payment threshold.
5.3 Payment will be made via the payment method specified by the blogger.
Termination
6.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.
6.2 AutoPaid.co.uk may terminate this Agreement immediately if the blogger violates any provision of this Agreement.
6.3 Upon termination, all rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement will cease.
Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1 The website and the services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory.
7.2 AutoPaid.co.uk does not warrant that the website or the services will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 AutoPaid.co.uk will not be liable for any damages, including without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of autopaid.co.uk or the services.
8.2 AutoPaid.co.uk’s liability to you will not exceed the amount paid to AutoPaid.co.uk by you for the use of the services during the six (6) month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
